YOUTH ALL NIGHTER

An All-Nighter is exactly what it sounds like — a fully supervised, high-energy youth event that goes all night long! Students will stay at the church for an evening packed with fun, food, games, connection, and unforgettable memories.

We’ll kick off the night with a Parent + Youth City-Wide Photo Scavenger Hunt, giving families a chance to start the evening together with some fun competition and creativity before parents head out and the students settle in for the rest of the night’s activities.

What to Expect:

  • Team challenges and surprises
  • Food made on-site throughout the night
  • Snacks and drinks (students are welcome to bring additional snacks to share if they’d like)
  • Safe, supervised environment all night

Cost:

$20 PER STUDENT

This covers food, supplies, activities, and everything happening throughout the night.
It’s going to be a night your student will not want to miss!

PARENTS:

Parents will receive a detailed plan of the night once their child is signed up,
including schedule highlights and pickup information.

1. Parent/Guardian Consent
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the Victory Youth All-Nighter event hosted by Victory Assembly. I understand that this event includes overnight activities, games, transportation for a city-wide scavenger hunt, and other group activities.


2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in youth activities, including games, physical activities, and transportation, involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others.

3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Victory Assembly, Victory Youth, and its leaders/volunteers to obtain medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Liability Waiver & Release
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Victory Assembly, Victory Youth, its pastors, staff, leaders, volunteers, and affiliated representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may be sustained by my child during participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Conduct Agreement
I understand that my child is expected to follow all rules and instructions given by leaders. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the event, and I may be contacted to pick up my child.

6. Photo/Media Release
I give permission for Victory Assembly and Victory Youth to use photos or videos of my child taken during the event for promotional, social media, or church-related purposes.

7. Acknowledgment
I have read this form in full, understand its contents, and agree to all terms listed above.
